Heartless Echoes

Raina Hart endures five years of neglect in her marriage to Ian Prescott. When Ian suffers a near-fatal car accident and his heart fails, she selflessly donates her own heart to save him, surviving only one month on an artificial heart. After Ian recovers, Natalie Harper deceives him into believing the donated heart came from her deceased brother. Ian dotes on Natalie and indulges her every whim. Natalie constantly bullies Raina and even pushes her down the stairs. Ian then forces the dying Raina to donate her corneas, draining her last ounce of life. Raina collapses at the airport and "dies." Only then does Ian see Natalie's true colors, falling into endless regret and desperately searching for Raina. At an art exhibition, he is shocked to see Raina, saved by Colin Sterling and reborn with amnesia, now a brilliant, radiant painter.
