Heatwave: Last Sanctuary

Zoe Archer dies a miserable death in the extreme heat of the apocalypse, but she wakes up one month before the disaster. She fakes a compromise in her divorce to secure an underground bunker, then sells off her luxury goods to hoard massive supplies and fortify her base. As the heatwave hits, her ex-husband Kyle Carter and his wife Rachel Lane rot in their mansion. They lead a gang of bandits to her, only to be crushed by the deadly traps Zoe set. Zoe defends her fortress and saves a Tibetan Mastiff named Onyx, watching her enemies tear each other apart. She eventually cultivates the wasteland and gathers survivors to build an orderly sanctuary, finally living with dignity and hope in the ruins of the world.
